This is me on stage at the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding and Fitness Contest.
I have always believed in the importance of good health, working out and proper nutrition. Every aspect of your life is effected by the way you look and feel. Having a simple yet effective “fitness plan” is essential to living the best life you can. Believe it or not, I only workout about 30-45 minutes a day maybe 4-5 days a week. I watch what I eat (and I eat a lot bye the way) and have done this consistently for years. If you do not currently have a “Fitness Mentor” or someone to hold you accountable, feel free to contact me.
“Do today what others won’t so you can live tomorrow like others can’t”
Being married to a “muscle head” has definitely had a positive affect on me. I have trained for many years but decided to really make a big commitment when I entered my first competition at age 38. In order to really change my “skinny fat” body, I had to train with heavy weights and stick to a strict diet. Off season I still eat good and go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week. As a Home school mom of 3, you really have to develop a love for fitness because my time is valuable. It has been a great ride so far!
